R. Lee Livingston was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on March 11, 1968. He was admitted to the bar in 1993. Mr. Livingston is a trial attorney who devotes his practice to civil litigation. His main practice areas are Medical and Legal Malpractice, Defamation (libel and slander), Personal Injury (including automobile and product cases) and General Civil Litigation.

Virginia State Bar Litigation Section Board of Governors, Chair 2007-2008
Appointed by the Virginia Supreme Court to the Virginia State Bar Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Board in 2003, Vice-Chair in 2006. This board oversees continuing education requirements for active attorneys in Virginia.
Teaches Trial Advocacy and Trial Evidence at the University of Virginia School of Law.
Member of the board and faculty of the Virginia College of Trial Advocacy, an annual college that provides instruction in trial techniques to attorneys of all experience levels. Chaired the program for the College in 2008.
Co-author of “Evidence for the Trial Lawyer,” Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., a Lexis/Nexis Company, 2008.
