Peter J. Caramanis
Pete Caramanis has a general business law practice with particular focus on land use and development. He represents individuals and businesses in courts and before governmental bodies throughout the Commonwealth. Pete works with clients ranging from international companies to individuals seeking to start a small business. He has experience drafting and negotiating contracts, litigating contractual disputes, advising clients regarding business entity choices and preparing documents necessary for formation and operation of a new business, handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, and advising clients regarding options for land use and development, including obtaining required zoning approvals. Pete particularly takes pride in establishing and maintaining longstanding and trusting relationships with his clients and those with whom he interacts on his clients’ behalf.
